I offer warmth, humor, authentic feedback, along with a deep respect for the people with whom I work. I create a supportive place for new moms to work through emotions, identify strengths, expand coping strategies, and find meaning.
I work with both individuals and couples. I love helping clients find relief from symptoms, and to witness people enjoying their relationships more fully- including their babies, partnerships, family, friendships and community ties.
I specialize in relationship building and repair, assertiveness/confidence, and postpartum mental health, & life transitions, including the transition to parenthood. I am also passionate about working with parents of children with special needs. For more about me, check out my website at http://www.enadlertherapy.com
In 2007, I obtained a Master's from the University of Minnesota in Educational Psychology-Counseling. For ten years, I provided psychotherapy at a non-profit with a variety of clients. I work well with artists, executives, and everything in-between. My practice is LGBTQ friendly and welcoming to all.
